Our Refund Policy

The Menopause Support Coach Certification (MSCC) is an online educational certification programme providing students with access to digital course content, training materials and ongoing educational support.

All Programme Fees are non-refundable once the student has enrolled and access to the digital course content has been provided, subject to the student's statutory rights.

Immediate Access to Digital Content

Before enrolling, students are provided with information about the MSCC Programme and syllabus and have the opportunity to discuss the Programme with a member of the MSCC team.

Upon enrolment, students receive immediate access to the MSCC digital course content and learning materials.

As part of the signed Client Agreement, the student expressly requests and consents to receiving immediate access to the digital course content.

The student acknowledges that once supply of the digital content has begun following their consent, they will lose their applicable statutory right to cancel the digital-content contract, to the extent provided by applicable law.

No Refunds After Access Has Been Provided

Once access to the MSCC digital course content has been provided, Programme Fees are non-refundable.

Choosing not to participate in the Programme, failing to complete the Programme, not attending available support sessions, experiencing a change in personal or professional circumstances, or deciding that the student no longer wishes to continue does not give rise to a contractual right to a refund.

This does not affect any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Programme Fees & Payment Plans

Enrolment in the MSCC represents a commitment to purchase the full Programme and pay the full Programme Fee.

Where a student chooses to pay the Programme Fee by instalments, including through finance provided by PayItMonthly, the payment arrangement is a means of spreading the cost of the full Programme Fee and is not a monthly subscription or membership.

Withdrawal from, non-participation in, or failure to complete the Programme does not cancel the student's obligation to pay the full Programme Fee.

All remaining instalments will continue to fall due in accordance with the agreed payment schedule, subject to any statutory rights or remedies that apply.

PayItMonthly

Where a student chooses to finance all or part of the Programme Fee through PayItMonthly, the finance agreement is separate from the student's agreement with Adele Johnston Coaching Limited for the purchase of the MSCC Programme.

Cancelling or withdrawing from a PayItMonthly finance agreement does not itself cancel the student's purchase of the MSCC Programme or their obligation to pay the Programme Fee.

Any rights relating specifically to the PayItMonthly finance agreement are governed separately by the terms of that agreement and applicable law.
